Cancellation Policy
I know things come up in life and try my best to be understanding of everyone’s situations. Please contact me directly with any questions or concerns about the cancellation/no-show policy!
If you cannot make it to your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you are running behind please call or text to let me know.
For any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.
If you no call, no show you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. If you no call/ no show twice, you will not be allowed to book again.
